Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of bucsshuttle.com and the shuttle services provided by NXTGUEST Sports Travel ("NXTGUEST", "we", "us"). By booking or using our service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

BucsShuttle provides round-trip ground transportation for Tampa Bay Buccaneers home games and related game-weekend logistics. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings and payment

Quotes are confirmed once your reservation is accepted in writing by a NXTGUEST concierge. Payment terms, deposits, and balances will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices are exclusive of gratuity unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change policies are specified in your booking confirmation. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Game-day events shifted by the NFL (e.g. flex scheduling) will be honored on the rescheduled date when possible.

4. Passenger conduct

Passengers must follow driver instructions and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated, unruly, or poses a safety risk, without refund. Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited in our vehicles. Damage caused by passengers is the responsibility of the booking party.

5. Delays and force majeure

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, acts of God, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide substitute service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXTGUEST's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the specific reservation giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. No NFL affiliation

BucsShuttle is an independent transportation service operated by NXTGUEST. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, or any NFL team.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
