- Contact details you provide when booking or inquiring: name, email, phone number, party size, and game date.
- Trip details such as pickup location, hotel, and package selection.
- Communications you send to info@nxtguest.com or via our booking form.
- Basic usage data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and analytics.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and coordinate your shuttle reservation.
- To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, trip details, follow-ups).
- To improve our website and services.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Email communications
We send only transactional emails related to your inquiry or booking. We do not send marketing newsletters. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link; using it immediately suppresses all future sends to your address. You can also email info@nxtguest.com to be removed.
